Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of the trml.app website. They do not cover the trml iOS app or the trml-daemon — those products have their own license agreements distributed with the software.
Use of this site
trml.app exists to give you information about the trml product family and to let you join the private beta waitlist. You may browse it freely. Please do not:
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the site's operation — denial-of-service attacks, abusive scraping, or unauthorized vulnerability scanning.
- Submit false, misleading, or someone else's information through the waitlist form.
- Reproduce or redistribute the site's design, copy, or assets without written permission, except for normal browser caching and search-engine indexing.
Beta program
Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access to the beta. We invite waitlist members in batches based on capacity and product fit. The product is in active development; features described on this page may change before public release, and described pricing is the current intent rather than a binding offer.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available." We make a reasonable effort to keep it accurate and online but make no guarantees about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. Information on the site (pricing, feature claims, dates) reflects our intent at the time of writing and may change.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, trml and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or your participation in the beta program.
Trademarks and third-party marks
"trml" and the trml logo are property of the trml project. Other product names and logos referenced on the site (macOS, Linux, Ubuntu, Arch, Debian, Fedora, etc.) are the property of their respective owners and used here for identification only. No endorsement is implied.
Open-source components
The trml-daemon is open source. Its license terms govern its use and are available in its repository on GitHub. The terms on this page apply to the website only.
Governing law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. We may update them; the "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the site after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
